Abstract

Portland Police Lt. Richard Rizzo yesterday said that 2-year-old Sarina Towle was sexually assaulted before she was beaten to death 2 1/2 weeks ago. Authorities are treating the case as a murder and sexual assault. Police have interviewed at least 20 people in the case, but have made no arrests.
