Abstract

Cape Elizabeth will send revaluation notices to owners of 4,000 properties this week, and preliminary figures show the town's real estate rose 12.7 percent in value, to $665.03 million. The tax rate is expected to rise as much as 50 cents, to around $18.20 per $1,000 of valuation. Details, list of most valuable commercial properties and one-family homes.
