Abstract
The Portland School Committee yesterday voted unanimously to send Lincoln Middle School students to a makeshift school at the Stevens Avenue Armory next fall to facilitate the renovation and expansion of the school. Nearly half of the students at King Middle School will be moved to the former Sacred Heart School while their school is being worked on. Students at Lyman-Moore will continue to attend that school while it is being renovated. The work being done is part of the $14.8 million project affecting all three of the city's middle schools.
