Abstract

Theresa Desfosses, head of State Manufactured Homes of Scarborough, the investment group that has agreed to purchase Burlington Homes of Oxford from Consumers Water Co. of Portland, said that the modular home factory will be reopened. Consumers Water shut the plant down earlier this year due to heavy financial losses.
