Abstract

The Sunday River Ski Resort's ski train service ended for the season on April 11, after having transported some 12,000 people during its inaugural season. The train lost around $75,000 for the season, somewhat more than the $56,000 that Sunday River expected to lose. The train averaged 170 persons per trip this season, with a capacity of 436. Details.
