Abstract

Central Maine Power Co. (CMP) substantially increased the retirement pay of six top executives last year. Although the increases were ratified by the company's board of directors in January 1993 they weren't made public until yesterday. CMP earlier this year cut 225 jobs as part of a major cost-cutting plan. Details.
