Androscoggin County district attorney Janet Mills yesterday said her office is reviewing whether to file criminal charges in the recent police chase that resulted in the death of Sandra Chase, 54, of Poland. Two males, aged 17 and 19, have been implicated in the accident, which occurred when Androscoggin County sheriff's deputy Paul Harrison skidded out of control while chasing two vehicles on Route 122 in Poland.
