Abstract

A U.S. District Court jury in Concord, N.H., yesterday awarded Genevieve Scarfo, 51, of Wells, $28,000 because she was paid less than a male counterpart. Scarfo worked for Cabletron Systems Inc., where she ran the purchasing department. The jury also found that Scarfo's civil rights were violated, and Judge Martin Loughlin will award damages on that finding next week. Details.
