Abstract
One of a series of articles profiling the candidates running for the Republican nomination for governor. This article profiles Jasper Wyman, the former director of the Christian Civic League of Maine, who believes that he is "the most misunderstood person in Maine, politically speaking." Contrary to the popular impression, Wyman contends he is "compassionate, very tolerant, thoughtful and humorous." With a brief outline of Wyman's economic program.
