Abstract
Richard W. Ogrodnik, a commercial loan officer at Key Bank of Maine, spent most of April working at Aomori Bank in Aomori, Japan. Yoshiya Tanaka, deputy general manager for commercial lending at Aomori Bank, was Ogrodnik's counterpart, and both got a taste of how banking is conducted overseas as part of an exchange program between the two banks.
