Abstract

The Cafe Review, Portland's local poetry magazine, celebrates its fifth anniversary this spring, and will mark the occasion with a 61-page issue, its largest to date. Pat Murphy, a Portland bookstore owner and poet, helped create the magazine along with founding editor and poet Steve Luttrell. The first issues were filled with the work of the poets who showed up for the poetry readings at Woodfords Cafe in the West End. Details.
