Abstract

The federal Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded the Westbrook Housing Authority a $717,000 grant to help convert an apartment complex into owner-occupied units. Current residents of the 40-unit Pine Knoll Terrace apartments on the Gorham-Westbrook line will be given the opportunity to buy their units and work on renovating them.
