Abstract

George and Eva Krysiak of Buxton, Polish immigrants who have resided in the U.S. for 12 years, are upset that the U.S. Embassy in Poland refuses to issue the visas necessary for Anna Gozdzik Wojciechowski, Eva's sister, and her daughter to visit Maine this summer. A U.S. State Department letter indicates that the visas were not issued because the Wojciechowskis could not demonstrate that they did not intend to stay in this country. Details.
