Shaw's Supermarket announced yesterday that it will not carry the Flavr Savr tomato, which is genetically engineered to resist rotting. The tomato, sold under the name MacGregor's by Calgene Corp. of Davis, Calif., will be available at Shop 'n Save if the store's customers are interested in it. Details.
