Kevin Keogh, 43, of Camden, the owner, president and general manager of radio station WQSS-FM in Camden, supports a capital-gains cut, a presidential line-item veto, a constitutional amendment to balance the budget and congressional term limits, and opposes gay-rights legislation, an increase in the minimum wage, a national bottle bill and legislation to ban employers from replacing striking union workers.
