Abstract

Former state senator and Rep. Philip L. Jutras, 77, who lived in Wells Beach and Sanford during the 1960s and 1970s, since 1972 has lived in Sainte-Marie-Eglise, France. Jutras has been the volunteer curator of the Airborne Museum in Sainte-Marie-Eglise, and due to the fiftieth anniversary of D-Day in recent weeks has been the focus of international media attention.
