Abstract
Moses Sebunya, vice president of the Portland chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), has called James V. Oliver, the executive director of Portland West, a liar for having said that Portland West has made arrangements to cooperate with the NAACP "in planning and implementing public awareness and education programs to combat discrimination." Portland West has been embroiled with the NAACP since last month when Sandra Murch, the organization's housing manager, was accused of having made a racist remark. Details.
