Abstract

Michael St. Peter, 24, of Portland, was charged with criminal use of explosives and aggravated criminal mischief for an incident Sunday night at Portland's Sagamore Village in which two men suffered injuries and the window of a vehicle was blown out with illegal explosives. The incident occurred after Paul Butler of Josselyn Street confronted a rowdy group that was igniting firecrackers outside his house. Details.
