Abstract
Walter Baker of Portland has given up a two-year fight to recoup the remainder of the $64,479 he paid to Anthony Casella and Turnkey Construction for a manufactured home. Baker received $15,000 for the land, but lost $49,479 to Casella, who previously had pleaded guilty to four counts of theft related to another business venture.
