Abstract

Michael E. Saucier, a Portland lawyer and national chairman of the Coalition for Juvenile Justice, is among the Mainers invited to the White House to talk with Vice President Al Gore and federal officials about the Clinton Administration's anti-crime legislation this morning. Saucier also chairs Maine's Juvenile Justice Advisory Group, which distributes funds from the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974. Details.
