Abstract

The Maine Baseball Hall of Fame has awarded John P. Davan, player and coach for more than four decades, with the President's Award. Davan graduated from Colby College in 1933, and after a stint as coach and teacher at Livermore Falls High School he coached and taught at Westbrook High School from 1943 until 1975.
