Abstract

Cumberland County Superior Court Judge G. Arthur Brennan yesterday sentenced Luis Rosado of Saco to 15 years in prison for the April 15, 1992, baseball bat killing of Donald Farda, 23. Rosado, who was 15 at the time of the attack, pleaded guilty to a charge of manslaughter, and could have been sentenced to up to 40 years. Details.
