Abstract

Cumberland County Superior Court justice G. Arthur Brennan has ruled that the town of Cape Elizabeth acted properly when it issued a building permit to Joanne Sataloff and David Cluchey, who added a bedroom dormer to their Birch Knolls residence. Michael and Nancy Marino filed an appeal in Superior Court claiming their constitutional rights had been violated because they were not informed of the home improvement plans after they specifically requested notification.
