Abstract

The Legislature's Banking and Insurance Committee yesterday approved the appointments of Neil Rolde of York, Peter Hayes of Rockport and Dr. Robert B. Keller to the Health Care Reform Commission, which is charged with recommending at least three alternative health-care plans to the Legislature by November 1995. The health-care models must include a multi-payer universal system; a single-payer universal system; and a version of the present system with managed care and expanded access for the uninsured.
