Abstract

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration plans to issue citations against L.L. Bean Inc. of Freeport in connection with a chemical accident last December that sent 25 people to the hospital. The Dec. 16 incident was the company's second chemical incident in a month involving cleaning solvents.
