Abstract

Portland police yesterday arrested Steven St. Peter, 23, Derrick Russo, 21, and an unidentified juvenile on felony assault charges in connection with recent disturbances at Sagamore Village. Two other individuals are being charged also. Police chief Michael Chitwood and the media accompanied the arresting officers, to show that the department is taking the case seriously. Details.
