Bruce MacInnis, 47, of Brunswick, this week will fly to Zaire to oversee medical care and food distribution at a refugee camp for Rwandans fleeing the fighting in their country. MacInnis is going to Zaire as part of an 11-person team sent by the International Rescue Committee, which is managing the refugee camps at the request of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
