Abstract

The Farmers Home Administration, which provides low-interest loans for low-income housing in rural communities across the nation, has suspended Pamela Gleichman of Gleichman & Co. Inc. from doing business with the agency. Gleichman, who has developed 51 projects with FmHA funding, is one of the largest FmHA developers in the nation. The suspension was prompted by a string of violations going back to August 1988, including misstatements and omissions in financial reports and misuse of reserve account funds. Details.
