Abstract

Portland city manager Robert B. Ganley has recommended four percent raises for fiscal year 1994-95 for top administrators, department heads and other employees not affiliated with unions, a proposal that the City Council will consider next month. Ganley's salary is being negotiated separately, but the City Council's non-union personnel committee has recommended that he receive a four percent increase as well. The raises would affect 150 employees, and would be retroactive to July 3. Details, current and proposed salaries of Portland's 20 highest-paid non-union employees.
