Abstract

Portland city manager Robert B. Ganley has unveiled a 1994-95 capital improvement budget of $12.8 million for school renovations, road and sewer improvements, equipment and other projects. The city usually spends between $9 million and $10 million annually on capital projects, with last year's figure coming to $9.2 million. Nearly half of the $12.8 million will go toward the second phase of the middle school renovations.
