David Mair, 20, who returned to Maine around a week ago after serving time in a Massachusetts jail for assault, yesterday was arrested in Lewiston for the July 22, 1992, fatal shooting in Fryeburg of his father, David Mair Sr. Mair was located through his connection to Daniel MacLeod, 34, who was released several months ago from the former Walpole State Prison in Massachusetts. MacLeod on Monday was charged with murdering Charles Magno of Auburn. Details.
