Abstract
The Grace Bible Fellowship church in Rockland has asked city officials to revoke the building permit for the new CarTest center on grounds of noise pollution. Rev. John Sheff yesterday said that noise from the building interferes with religious functions, and that despite assertions from the company that noise would be curbed the problem remains.
