Abstract
Maine State Prison officials on Wednesday foiled a bomb plot at the Thomaston facility, and three inmates have been transferred to the Supermax facility in Warren. Guards performing routine checks discovered plastic bags containing a sulfur compound that the inmates obtained by scraping the tips off of matches, and homemade knives were also recovered. Details.
