Abstract

Brian A. Quinn, 29, of South Portland, was arraigned yesterday in Portland District Court on three counts of burglary for allegedly stalking an 80-year-old Portland woman for the past five years. The victim told police that Quinn entered her apartment twice in 1989 and once on July 31 of this year and told her he wanted to have sex with her. Quinn was released after posting $500 bail, with bail conditions that include a curfew and an order to stay away from the woman's apartment. Details.
