Abstract

Brief article reporting that Kevin Carey, 24, a federal prisoner living in Pharos House on Portland's Grant Street, yesterday was charged with public indecency after masturbating in front of around 25 Portland High School cheerleaders at Fitzpatrick Stadium. Federal authorities planned to return Carey to prison, where he had been serving time for trafficking in LSD.
