Abstract

Cheryl M. Lowell, 41, of Gorham, the Westbrook school system bus driver charged on Wednesday with operating under the influence of prescription drugs, has a long record of driving violations, including a 1981 suspension for OUI. Maine Secretary of State Bill Diamond, whose office oversees the Bureau of Motor Vehicle Registration, yesterday indefinitely suspended Lowell's driver's license.
