Abstract

Cheryl M. Lowell, 41, yesterday pleaded innocent to 21 counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of operating under the influence. The 22 felony charges are in connection with the Augsut 30 incident in which Lowell, a bus driver in the Westbrook school system, allegedly wandered off her bus route with 65 first- and second-graders aboard the bus.
