Abstract

Jill Bloomquist, 26, and her two sons, Jerrid White, 1, and three-week-old Devin White, died yesterday of smoke inhalation after a fire swept through their first-floor apartment in Kittery. The fire in the four-unit building was reported shortly after 2 A.M., and was apparently started by a dropped cigarette. Details.
