Abstract

Central Maine Power Co. (CMP) has denied the Natural Resources Council of Maine's request to include a pro-conservation message in next month's CMP bills. The council objects to CMP's February bill-stuffer newsletter article explaining how rates could drop slightly if the utility could sell more surplus power.
