Abstract

Mark Finks of Falmouth, who filed a law suit challenging the candidacy of Republican gubernatorial candidate Susan M. Collins, has asked the Maine Supreme Judicial Court to return the case to Superior Court for a jury trial. Finks claims that Superior Court justice G. Arthur Brennan, who on July 29 ruled in favor of Collins, did not give him enough time to develop his case. Details.
