Abstract

Brief article reporting that Chester E. Homer III of Kennebunkport, executive vice president of Tom's of Maine, yesterday purchased the Shawnee Peak ski area in Bridgton for an undisclosed amount. Shawnee Peak, the oldest ski area in Maine, has four lifts, 30 trails and a vertical drop of 1,300 feet.
