The state's four gubernatorial candidates yesterday spoke on Maine's economic future before a crowd of several hundred at the annual metting of the Maine Development Foundation at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland. All four candidates said that Maine is a hostile place for business, and pledged to change that if elected. Details.
