Abstract
Romac and Associates, the temporary and professional employment agency based in Portland, has sold its business to two of its franchises, FMA International of Tampa and Romac and Associates of Boston, Inc. The move will create the firm Romac International. Portland's Romac franchise will not be affected by the move, but the ten-worker headquarters in the city will be eliminated.
