Abstract

Victoria Marshall-Patterson, 28, of South Portland, was on the back of her boyfriend's motorcycle seven years ago when a drunk driver hit it. Her boyfriend died, and she lost her right leg. The South Portland Safer Streets Task Force recently produced an 18-minute video, titled "In Control," that features real people impacted by drunk driving. Marshall-Paterson is one of the individuals on the video who discuss their experiences with drunken drivers. Details.
