Abstract

Herbert Stern of Boston, the former chief executive officer of John Roberts, and Dale Jewell of Portland, the company's former chief operating officer, were both drawing salaries in excess of the amount allowed under a court agreement. Officials with the Finance Authority of Maine say the two were each drawing salaries of $1,100 per week. Details.
