Abstract

A group of Maine commercial fishermen is circulating a petition asking the federal government to change its regulations so that only those who rely on fishing for at least 75 percent of their income be allowed to catch and sell giant bluefish tuna. The petition also seeks to establish a ban on keeping bluefish tuna that are shorter than 77 inches. Details.
