Abstract

"Pulse" article reporting that Holt Hughes & Stamell of Portland refused to participate in last Friday's Broderson Advertising awards because the awards aren't open to out-of-state ad agencies doing work for Maine clients. The awards were previously open to out-of-state agencies, but the policy was changed after a Boston agency won two top awards for work it performed for Cole-Haan.
