Abstract
Two men yesterday escaped major injury when their tractor-trailer jackknifed on Interstate 295 near the Congress Street exit in Portland, jumped a guardrail and landed in the Fore River. Karl Brown of Augusta and David Fisher were pulled from the river by passersby. Details.
