Abstract

Ronald Breth, 56, of Newfield, a teacher at Massabesic Junior High School, yesterday was given a suspended sentence and two years probation after pleading no contest to assault. A grand jury in May 1993 indicted Breth on charges that he sexually assaulted two young relatives, but the sexual assault charges were dropped through a plea bargain with the York County District Attorney's office.
