Ronald Lupton, a Bath lawyer, is going to federal court in Philadelphia to argue against a billion-dollar settlement for asbestos workers and their families, including some who worked at Bath Iron Works -- Lupton claims that settlement information mailed to 400,000 shipyard workers nationwide by the Center for Claims Resolution, a group of asbestos manufacturers, was deceptive and could result in workers losing a lifetime of compensation benefits Details
